We found Point on the Bow after a two year search for a centrally located condominium which met all our requirements. Underground parking including visitor parking and car wash, central location on the river, and spacious suites with a spare bedroom for guests.

My wife and I are long term residents of Point on the Bow and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The building is well constructed and maintained with many facilities and services. It is a perfect size with only 38 suites. The location along the Bow River is excellent, adjacent to the River pathway. It is within walking distance of downtown and Kensington, providing beautiful views of the city and the surrounding area.

I love going to Grandma and Grandpa’s for visits and sleep-overs. We swim in the pool, take the C-train to the library, ride bikes and go to the playground in the summer and build snow forts in the winter. Best of all is watching the fire rescue boats on the river.
