Atrium Lobby
Our open, 2-story lobby has over 3500 square feet of space complete with a concierge desk, tropical garden and waterfall feature, 3 sitting areas, and library/games room access.
Building Management and Security
Onsite Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Concierge Staff provide resident comfort and security. All building common areas and suite floors are secure. Facilities, services, and maintenance/modernization are overseen by an Owner Board of Directors.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Point on Bow has a 10-metre swimming pool, a 4-person hot tub, and an adjoining shower and washroom. The pool area opens to the outdoor patio. The pool can be booked by owners for private functions.
Exercise Room
Offers free weights, weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike (with wifi and video). It is located near the pool with an adjoining shower and washroom.
Social Room
Includes a full kitchen, dining facility for up to 20 people, and a comfortable lounge area. The room can accommodate up to 50 people for meetings, parties, or receptions. It opens to the outdoor patio and overlooks the atrium lobby. The Social Room can be booked by owners for private functions.
Outdoor Patio
The south-facing patio has a BBQ area, dining table with chairs, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and planters around the perimeter. This area can be accessed by both the pool and social room.
Underground Heated Parkade
The parade is spacious, clean, and well-lit. It includes resident-titled parking with secure storage, 9 visitor parking spaces, and a fully equipped car wash.
